All the great songs so far and we’re only half done. The top 50 starts with Brian Fallon’s positive anthem A Wonderful Life. The first song he released without his band, one of my favorites of the 2000s, the Gaslight Anthem. To me it’s about overcoming your hardships and looking forward to the better days ahead of you. It came out at a perfect time in my life when I needed something like it. And now that I am living in those better days I think this song is always going to make me feel good when I hear it.
