La Sera was already in existence before Vivian Girls broke up in 2014 but it became Katy Goodman’s main musical focus once the break up happened. La Sera’s album that year Hour of the Dawn is great start to finish, and in my opinion, tops all of Vivian Girls material. They, by the way, just reunited and released a new album last Friday. I like it on first impression but wouldn’t be against Katy keeping some time on her schedule for La Sera.
